Part of the Government's Public Service Reforms have concentrated on efficiency (making better use of resources) under what has become generally known as the Efficiency Agenda - click here for more detail.

Management Services has always been firmly connected with "efficiency", placing us professionals in a unique position to assist Local Authorities and others in making the best use of their resources. Not only that, but with a history of delivering such improvements in front-line service delivery and a myriad of examples of best practice to fall back on, together with professional Management Services skills in work study, organisation and method study, manpower planning, process management, and problem solving (to name just a few), we have an "efficiency tool-box" that can greatly assist in bringing in the required savings and more.
