Interim Management
It is becoming increasingly popular to use experienced managers on short-term interim arrangements, either to fill vacant posts during the recruitment process or to assist during periods of change to avoid disrupting the workloads of current staff. We can offer interim management for either of these situations. Dave Henrys held the post of Business Support Manager in a front-line DSO environment for a number of years and holds the Certificate in Management Studies in addition to the Management Services Diploma. He has a vast experience in "change management" situations having been involved in several reorganisations and departmental restructures over the years, not least the Local Government Reorganisation in Wales in 1996, which resulted in the formation of the unitary authorities currently in place.
