productivity, service reviews and value for money exercises.
Quality - we believe that an organisation that operates a Quality Management System
in line with the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standard is set up to deal with any challenge the Government lays down for
them. We can set up or develop a QMS right through to accreditation for suitable customers.
Improvement - following on from the Best Value era and the four C's (Challenge, Consult,
Compare and Compete), we can help with customer consultation and feedback, benchmarking and business planning.
Performance - monitoring and managing performance is about having achievable objectives,
knowing how and when you are going to meet them and, most importantly, knowing when you have achieved them.
